Each appraisal report is prepared in conformity with the Code of Ethics and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. All appraisal associates and consultants are members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

Ridley Associates Appraisal Services Limited And Kernahan Graves Appraisal Division Merged as of July 1, 2002 and the new firm is managed by David A. E. Ridley, B. Comm., AACI and is carrying on business under the firm name of Ridley Associates Appraisal Services Limited Kernahan Kernahan & Graves has been operating in St. Catharines for over a century, while Ridley & Associates has been in business for the past decade.

Every appraisal assignment is directed and approved by accredited members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is covered by the professional liability insurance programme. Ridley & Associates typically provides real estate appraisal and consulting services in the Niagara Peninsula, however, we have the expertise to complete assignments throughout Ontario. Our business has extended to such centers outside the Niagara Peninsula as Windsor, London, St. Thomas, Hamilton, Kitchener/Waterloo, Brantford, the GTA, Kingston, Ottawa, Collingwood, Sault Ste. Marie and Thunder Bay.
