Ms Otway is a certified facilitator for OREA and a past Committee of Adjustment board member. She specializes in expropriation appraisals/negotiations in addition to commercial, industrial and multi-residential assignments throughout Ontario.

Mr. McAdorey graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Brock University in 1996 and completed Project Export, a post-graduate studies programme focusing on international business in 1997. He subsequently worked with a major financial institution in its international finance department and since 2000 has been engaged in appraising residential real estate. He is actively pursuing the CRA designation.
